xorg 7.3 i810 screen frozen

My graphics chipsets is i810. I updated to  FreeBSD
7.0-RELEASE via
freebsd-update and installed xorg 7.3 from Ports. I tried
starting xorg,
my screen is frozen.

I can start xorg with the 'vesa' driver. However, any config
in xorg.conf
with the 'i810' or 'intel' driver causes a freeze.

I use xorg 7.3 in FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE did not seem to cause
any problems.
