Hi,

I hope it's ok to mail you directly, since you're published
as the
maintainer for the devel/eclipse freebsd port.
As a precaution, i CCed freebsd-eclipseFreeBSD.org because they are
maintaining the devel/eclipse-devel port 


Well, my question is, if it's planned (and if yes, when) to
upgrade the
port configuration to eclipse version 3.3. ...

We've got some company software here that relies on some
things that only
run in 3.3 version of eclipse, and until i get this one
running here, i'm
unable to use that software, which is getting me in problems
representing
my point of view in using FreeBSD as the only one here 

Would be great if you have some information for me on that
topic...
