has anybody got eclim 1.3.1 to run on freebsd?

There's a nice project to integrate vim with eclipse at http://eclim.sourceforg
e.net.
But they only appear to support linux and windows.  Has
anybody managed to get
eclim installed and running on freebsd?

This is my first time hearing about eclim so I can't help
you there but, 
I've been using  http://satokar.com/viplu
gin/ and it works on FreeBSD. 
(Much different approach then the eclim plugin.)
