eclipse europa build on FreeBSD 6.2

Hello!

Does Eclipse 3.3.0 really requires JDK 1.6 to be built? As
far as I know, it
should be possible to build Eclipse on JDK 1.5, or I'm
wrong? I just would
like to switch to this newer version, however I don't want
JDK 1.6 for now.

  Greg kindly updated eclipse-devel to 3.3.1 today.  

  I hard coded jdk1.6.0 mistakenly with 3.3.0 and it refers
to jdk1.6.0 header codes to compile.  I fixed that bug with
3.3.1 and now it will be compiled cleanly with either
jdk1.5.0 or jdk1.6.0.

  I want to have Jonas Wolz (jwolz1gmail.com) as a contributor
of eclipse-devel for his two patch files contribution
eliminating the use of ant-contrib.

I better change the JAVA_VERSION set up in eclipse-devel
then .

I'd be happy to make a forced commit to those two patch
files to note
that.  Can you tell me which ones?

    patch-features-jdt-build.xml
