Fixed several small bugs

Hi all,

I just finished fixing a couple of small bugs in the new
project code.
 - Projects now really use the interpreter you set in the
properties view.
 - Fixed a bug when opening a non-existent file for a
project
 - Changed the source-parser cache, it now uses a files'
modification-time
 - Fixed a bug concerning the refreshing of a Ruby-file

However there is one bug I cannot reproduce on my machine:
[#3526] In windows terminal does not come up in 0.9.5

On my machine, GentooLinux, the terminal comes up quite
nicely... If 
someone out there can verify that this is still a problem I
can start 
looking for the fix.... A very big thanks in advance!
