I've just installed freevo2. seems so far to works fine.
even dvd menus
but I cannot get the remote control to work. it works just
fine with
freevo1 . Do I need to change anything in the lircrc
configuration for
freevo2 or is lirc support currently broken in svn ?
Thanks
PS of course I enabled lirc in freevo2.conf

Lirc should work with 2.0, I use it all the time. Check the
config
file, did you activate lirc (disabled by default if lircrc
is not
found)? Is the location of lircrc correct? Do you see an
error
message?

If everything is ok, please add some debug to
kaa/base/src/input/lirc.py
to search the bug.

tok 1 hour to find out my pylirc installation got broken.
so far so good it seems everything I need is working with
freevo2.
only the reporting for the failing "import pylirc"
is bad
. just out of curiosity : should it be a print statement og
should it
use the logger ?
