tv_grab and cron

Has anyone else experienced a problem with running
"freevo tv_grab"
from cron since the change over to Schedules Direct??

I have yet to have a successful cron-triggered updated of
the EPG since
the change over.

Any thoughts???

I use tv_grab_rt (radio times) and I've been having the same
issues,
constant TV Guide is corrupt messages if I run it manually
it seems to
work OK. 

I've noticed that the grabber is also a lot slower than it
used to be,
could this be part of the problem?
