Update for rel-1 webserver

Hi Duncan,

Here's an update to the webserver to spruce up the look at
bit. I've 
changed the colour scheme and logo to match freevo.org and
made some 
changes to show a proper grid in the tv guide, scheduled
recordings, 
favorites etc. that makes them a lot neater and easier to
read. I'm sure 
this could be used on rel-1.7 as well but I haven't tried
it. There are 
screenshots attached for anyone who's interested.
