: PR/35151 configure.ac cleanup

Hello,

This is a cleanup patch for configure.ac. It was contributed
by 
NightStrike in bugzilla/PR35151, It combines the rules for
mingw32 and 
mingw64 to mingw*.

        * configure.ac: Combine rules for mingw32 and
mingw64.
        * configure: Regenerate.



Is this ok for apply? If so - I have no gdb write access, so
may somebody 
- may somebody could apply it (and regenerate configure)?
