The GDB logo should have some acceptable policy

Hi all,
       Looking at http://sourceware.o
rg/gdb/mascot/ there is no clear
license for the mascot. I wanted to upload the image in the
wikipedia
article but saw that the image had already been deleted
quite few
times. Apparently due to it either being non-free or not
having a
public-domain or some kind of copyleft license which people
can be
happy with. For the history of the same have a look at

. If there already has been a discussion on the same please
post the
link.
