    Hi there,

I built gmp 4.2.1 on my dual-core G5 under Mac OS X 10.4.6 with XCode 2.3 (gcc 4.0.1). When running make check I got

FAIL: reuse

This test had passed on the same machine under 4.2, using gcc 4.0.0 (XCode 2.2). gmp 4.2.1 passes on my dual G4 running Mac OS X 10.3.9 (Apple gcc 3.3).

Almost surely another compiler bug.
You might want to isolate the bug and send a test case
to Apple.
