AbstractNamespace >> #removeSubspace:

I have use for a method that can remove namespaces similarly
to their 
addition with addSubspace:, so I hijacked removeSubspace:
(which doesn't 
seem to be used at all currently), changed its category, and
gave it 
similar semantics to addSubspace:.
