GNU Smalltalk 2.95c released

The release can be downloaded from

This new beta includes the following features:

* Faster startup for gst-load, gst-sunit, gst-blox,
gst-package

* Source code tool installed as gst-convert, supports Squeak
and SIF 
input, filtering by class or category, rewrite rules.

* New packages DebugTools, Complex, Digest

* Bug fixes for the .star package system.

* Improved MinGW support (untested).

* Improved documentation (from Stephen Compall).
