This resurrects the MySQL driver from the shades of time.
However, I'm
pretty sure that there won't be anything like this in 3.0.
There is
somewhere a DBI-like interface for Postgres, and it makes
sense to port
the MySQL driver to it since it can't be worse than this.
I'm only
interested in converting it successfully (and hopefully
Glorp too).
The MySQL package can be tested by configuring with
--enable-mysql-tests; it requires MySQL to be running with a
user called
'root' and whose password is, you guessed it, 'root'.
