Parameterize --enable-mysql-tests

This adds a generic "variable" functionality to
the SUnit scripter. 
This allows to parameterize
--enable-mysql-tests=USER:PASSWORDB (the 
default is user=root, password=root if no user specified and
empty 
otherwise, db=test).
