* Fixes for compilation on Intel Macs and for 64-bit
cleanliness.
* Provided automatically generated documentation for
packages Complex,
DBI, DebugTools, ZLib.
* Fixed garbage collection of Iconv instances.
* Avoided abrupt termination of Smalltalk processes.
