First GNU Edu "web service"

Hello,

I just implemented a first direct request to GNU Edu
database.

It is meant to retrieve all the keywords, for example in
order to
translate them offline.

You can call this URL:

	http://gnu
edu.ofset.org/keywords.php?to=en

(or any other destination language)

or this other one, to retrieve only the keywords for subject
"history":

	http://gnuedu.ofset.org/keywords.php?to=en&subject
=his
