Invitation for BavariaSTEP Workshop (11.)/12./13. July 2008

Hi all,
after some initial discussion with Riccardo and Fred which
did not (as
usual) come to a final conclusion, I think we need to make
nails with
heads.

Therefore I invite for a BavariaSTEP Workshop to take place
in the
nice village of Oberhaching, Bavaria, Germany. It is in the
Munich
area and easily reached by train (S-Bahn), car or plane.

Targets:
* work on GNUstep (LAN-party)
* discuss
* meet each other
* have GSFun

Agenda:

11.7.2008    arrival (individually) around 18:00
12.7.2008    LAN party full day + Beergarden
13.7.2008    LAN party continues (until 12:00 or so) and
individual
departure

They have their own brewery and beer garden as well as
smaller and
larger meeting rooms. Rooms are quite inexpensive (e.g.
appartment
sharing 4-5 persons possible). Riccardo already has tested
them. I
have not yet checked if they have enough free rooms since I
don't know
who wants to come.

If we get into troubles with the date, I propose the weekend
2 weeks
later as a fallback.

It turned out that although they have rooms, there is no
meeting room
available and they don't have WLAN. So, I will look uot for
a better
location.

Nevertheless, please let me know if you want to participate
at the
given days.
