fischer statistics

Can someone point me out if there is any package for R I can
use to
perform Fischer statistics for vector analysis? I am
interesting in
calculating vectors dispersion, the K value of

Fischer RA, 1953 - dispersion on a sphere. Proc. Roy. Soc.
