QUESTIONS

Just a guess...

Gallery server:
80% Linux/Unix, 18% Windows XP, 2% OS X

Client PC of the user that installs Gallery:
80% Windows XP, 10% OS X, 10% Linux/Unix

Client PC of Gallery users / visitors:
85% Windows XP, 10% OS X, 5% Linux/Unix

Not sure if we have any real data.
We had a user-survey once, but although we tried to get
normal Gallery
users/visitors to pariticipate, almost all of the
pariticipants were Gallery
admins.

(No info about Operating Systems though)

I guess the data from our support forums is somewhat
representative. We ask
users to provide some system information when asking for
help. My guesses
are mostly based on this data point.
And... most shared webhosting plans run some Linux/Unix
distro.
