    Hi,
I want to use a non-blocking broadcast in an MPI program. I just realised MPI_Ibcast is not part of the MPI-2 specifications. 
What is a possible workaround? 
Is it better to do MPI_Isend to each processor or a single MPI_Bcast? Or is there any other way?
