It appears that you don't have your ssh keys setup properly
for connecting 
to indi.mshome.com.  Until you can run:

   ssh shwetankindi.mshome.com hostname

without it prompting you for a password, you won't be able
to boot lam. 
I'm not sure why recon would be passing if you are using the
same hostfile 
-- this is a problem that should cause both recon and
lamboot to fail.
