LAM: Help: Set nice job mpi

I've written a mpi program, and i want to change nice
value of all processes created by mpirun from -20 to
19. My purpose is that valueing, comparing
context-switch values of each nice. With nice from 0
to 19, i think it's easy. But with negative nice, i
have no effective solutions.
