LAM: compile lam/mpi with torque scheduler

Hi all,

  I am trying to recompile the lam to include the scheduler in with the following configure flags on a Operon cluster:

 

 ./configure --prefix=/apps/Octave/lammpi/v-7.1.4 --enable-shared --with-modules --with-trillium --with-rsh=ssh -x --with-fc=gfortran --disable-static --with-boot-tm=/opt/torque/

 

  I was returned with the following errors:

configure: WARNING: Looks like REAL*16 is not supported by the fortran compiler

configure: WARNING: *** Building ROMIO and shared library support is

configure: WARNING: *** experimental.  It should work, but has not been

configure: WARNING: *** well tested by the LAM development team.

configure: WARNING: *** Note that it is not possible to build ROMIO

configure: WARNING: *** as a shared library, so it will still be built as

configure: WARNING: *** a static library

configure: WARNING: Detected a non-32 bit build platform.

configure: WARNING: The Totalview DLL needs to be built in the same mode

configure: WARNING: as the Totalview debugger.

configure: WARNING: Since you did not specify --enable-tv-dll-force, I am

configure: WARNING: making the safest assumption and will refuse to build

configure: WARNING: the Totalview DLL.

configure: error: Cannot continue

 

  can anybody tell me how to go around this?
