LAM: where should I submit a parallel task using OPENPbs's qsub

I am working on IBM BaldeCenter JS21 cluster, which consists of one manage node and 14 computing nodes. I have composed a PBS scipt and will submit the script using PBS command qsub. I am not sure where I should execute the command, on the manage node or one of the 14 computing nodes.     ; appreciate any help ÇáËÉ°ÑHotmailÏÂÔØµ½±¾µØ£¬ÊÔÊÔ Windows Live Mail¡£ Á¢¼´³¢ÊÔ£¡

Generally, qsub is executed on the head node, which then starts the job , where you run lamboot / mpirun / lamhalt / etc. You might want read up on the PBS documentation if you need more information.
