LAM: Do LOOP conversion Req into mpich2

I'm afraid you won't get much help from me (nor, I
suspect, most of
the other people on this mailing list) unless you show that
you have
made a valiant effort to do your own work and need a final
input of
expertise.  Right now it looks like your trying to get one
of us to do
it all for you.  On that basis I charge.
