Hi Folks

Many thanks for the help receieved in my last query which eventually enabled me to fix the compile-time error in the makefile. But now when I am trying to execute the examples in /EXAMPLE subdirectory the following error is cropping up:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
garl-sun2.serc.iisc.ernet.in>; /usr/local/mpich-1.2.6/ch_p4/bin/mpirun pddrive -r 2 -c 2 g20.rua -procs 4
ld.so.1: /home/pinaki/SuperLU/SuperLU_DIST_2.0/EXAMPLE/pddrive: fatal: libglobus_duroc_bootstrap_gcc32dbg.so.0: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The hardware being used here is a Sun cluster with 4 nodes each being a Sun Blade 150. The architecture is Ultra SPARC and OS is Solaris.

Is this error due to some erronous installation of the MPI (which is the unlikely option) or is it due to some problem in the installation of the SuperLU? I am using mpich-1.2.6. Here I am undertaking a non-globus mpi execution. The make.inc at the root is:

--------------------------------start of make.inc-------------------------------------------------------------

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Here I am

It's possible that it's due to an erroneous installation
of MPICH or
just missing libraries on the nodes you are trying to use.
Either
way, this mailing list is for help with the LAM/MPI
implementation of
the MPI standard. You should contact Argonne National Lab
for help
with MPICH. Or switch to LAM/MPI ;).
