Player for linux-based phones

Hello;

I have a linux-based mobile phone which has a realplayer on
it.
It is very bad that there is helixplayer for symbian but not
for
my linux mobile. I need to play ogg by my phone, but its
realplayer doesn't!
How can I ask to start a helix-project which implements a
java-based player, which like java games be able to be
installed
on most phones?
There is similar project named "jorbis"
(www.jcraft.com) but I
couldn't install it on my phone; I'm not sure it is a
player
really.
