    I would be interested, to do it but surely it requires some more time.
As it sounds that there are already some modules in Bioperl which will
be used to blast the fasta sequences and put it in the database, only
needs to modify them according to the requirement,and that will require
some more time than the amounbt mntioned by you!!

If you agree then I am there else alas!!
