Before I go bothering the bugbase or other lists, does
anyone else lose
networking connectivity with the new
kernel-smp-2.6.16-1.2107_FC5 just
pushed out for FC5?

My interface comes up and basic ping works, but no
applications at all
"finish" (GAIM logins, Firefox gets, etc.) It's
reminiscent of way back
when in older kernels that tried to set that packet option
that was
getting killed on a lot of routers (I forget the name, it
was eventually
turned back off).

Thanks for any 411 - the previous 2096 kernel works
perfectly of course.

Looking over at fedora-list there seem to be others seeing
similar
pethernet problems with the kernel - perhaps join the
discussions
there.

Awesome, thanks -- it's now an official bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=
190649

Appreciate the pointer,
