kernel config and -p option

Hi to all!
I am on the livecd-stage2.spec step, but I got this error
while building a
wireless driver:
ieee80211-1.1.13 requires the in-kernel version of the
IEEE802.11 subsystem to
be disabled (CONFIG_IEEE80211)

On my first try of built this option was enabled on the
kernel, so i removed
it and now the config it's this:

[..]
# CONFIG_IEEE80211 is not set
# CONFIG_IEEE80211_DEBUG is not set
# CONFIG_IEEE80211_CRYPT_WEP is not set
# CONFIG_IEEE80211_CRYPT_CCMP is not set
# CONFIG_IEEE80211_CRYPT_TKIP is not set
# CONFIG_IEEE80211_SOFTMAC is not set
# CONFIG_IEEE80211_SOFTMAC_DEBUG is not set
[..]

On the next build with catalyst, I added the -p flag to
clear any previous
info, but got the same error.
I am missing something or the --purge option doesn't remove
previous kernel
config?

Thank you very much!

Luca
