Fwd: Help me with NVIDIA twinview

Unfortunately, Nvidia cards aren't well supported in Linux,
as I've
found out since I also have a GeForce card.  Nvidia
considers the ABI
for their video cards to be proprietary and although they've
released a
number of binary driver components for Linux, they always
seem to lag a
bit behind both their hardware technology and the Linux
bleeding edge.

Your xorg.conf came empty, but here is my DEVICE section:

Uncomment as needed. Make sure to tune your
HorizRync/VertRefresh for your 
second monitor, since it seems Nvidia can't detect it
correctly (not even on 
Windows.)

Hey mat,

I suggest you give the "nvidia-xconfig" utility a
try. It might sort you out.

nvidia-drivers a try?
