Firefox Passwords not copying over

Hi,

I have been trying to move my Firefox settings from my old computer to
my new computer, and the bookmarks and other prefs worked fine, however,
I cannot seem to get my passwords installed.

I tried just copying over the key3.db and signons.txt files, and no
passwords are showing up at all in my prefs area. ; I also tried copying
my entire firefox (~.mozilla/firefox/zzzzzz.default/ directory and still
no passwords...

How can I copy over my passwords from one machine to another?
