autoconf/-wrapper ppc-macos

Sorry, I updated them yesterday, and got into the same
problem, but
didn't mask them.  I am trying to figure out what they did
in the main
tree, because I think it's weird that the wrapper looks for
2.59 while
2.60 is an "upgrade" of 2.59.
