real fix for openssl-0.9.8e on x86-linux

Hi,

now have received the real fix for that x86-padlock issue
with
openssl-0.9.8e when there is no optimization flag in
CFLAGS.
So the workaround to ensure compiling at least with -O1 can
be removed.
