overlay,
check that)

I emerge --sync and after I emerged boost from the main
tree:

    $ USE="threadsonly" emerge
=dev-libs/boost-1.33.1-r1 -v

    These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

    Calculating dependencies... done!
    [ebuild  N    ] dev-libs/boost-1.33.1-r1
USE="threads threadsonly
-bcp -bjam -debug -doc -icu -pyste" 0 kB

Which gcc do you have installed and most commonly use?
I have gcc-apple 4.0.1 is there a new version that I can
get?
I also have gcc 4.2 after failling to compile gcc 4.1.2 :(

The thing with gcc-apple 4.0.1 is that it doesn't have
gfortran :( is
there any fortran compiler that I can use?
