Change Size of Paint Brushes

When I use a paint brush I don't see a way to change the size from
those listed. There must be a way, but I haven't found it. I want to
make a fuzzy round brush 65 pixels in diameter, for example. Is there
a keyboard shortcut that changes the size while you are working?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
