Dear Mr.  Walker, I read your gug message with interest
because I had tried recently to download Thunderbird V.
1.5.0.4.exe to try it out.  But the installation process
ended with the message, “unable to connect to server Juno.” 
Could this be because I typed “Juno” when asked for “name of
incoming and outgoing servers?”  Can you advise whether I
should type in some other info when the Thunderbird program
asks for the type and name of server?  I use Win XP,
Internet explorer 6 and Cox internet and have Juno for dial
up..  I am quite experienced with computers but neither I
nor people I have asked could make sense about the naming of
servers.  I asked Juno about this and was told, “As of Juno
security policy, we will not provide IP address and other
Juno server address to the customers.”
I shall appreciate any suggestionss you may offer.
