Downloading of GIMP

IIRC not even this - the GIMP installer (which is created by Innosetup, btw) is capable of downloading GTK+ itself. I don't know if this is activated in the current 2.3 installers, IIRC there have been some problems with the first ones which did use this aproach. Jernej will be able to provide more information about the current state.
