GIMP newbie an't switch from Chinese to English language

Thanks, mon. But I dont get this path in my installation. Instead
the folders in my portable-gimp folder are as follows:

portable-gimp/settings
portable-gimp/PortableGIMPCode
portable-gimp/gtk
portable-gimp/gimp

Inside the GTK folder, there is no gtk.exe file, only the share,
lib, etc, & bin folders.

Seems to be a different installation I've got here - thanks anyway.

Anyone got another idea?
