2 Google Talk questions

Hello, Group-

I've been using Google Talk more, now that it's become
integrated into
the Gmail browser window.  I have two questions... one about
the
present, one about the future.

Question #1:  Has anyone heard of a feature / add-on /
Firefox
Extension that will allow the "in-browser"
version of GT to play a
sound when someone posts a message?  All other chat clients
feature
this (including the GT standalone app), and it's much more
effective
for me than just the visual indicator alone.

Question #2:  In the future, do we know if Google plans to
allow more
than 2 people in a room?  Again, a standard feature in every
other chat
program out there, and it's really the only thing holding
me (and
friends) back from using GT as my primary chat environment.
