Not currently, the reasoning probably being that this case is somewhat (relatively speaking) rare and there are fewer characteristics for the spam filter to identify anyways.

I'm signed up to a few google groups, and I've noticed that spammers
have started sending replies to messages in the groups, with a
particular focus on one particular website. When they get in my GMail
Inbox, the spam messages are mixed in with real message. I know I can
delete messages from a conversation individually, but is there any way
to report an individual message as spam so I can keep the rest of the
conversation intact?
