Help! The rich formating used to appear above the message
box whenever
I composed and email, however now I nothing shows.....plain
text option
or rich formating option, what should I do to get it to come
back?

    Did you switch browsers to, say, Opera? I'm not positive on which browsers support what, but I know Opera doesn't have many of the features that IE and Firefox support.
