Depends a little... Is the group list available to all
members, or is
this just a list you keep for your own use?
If it's a group similar to this one where anyone can send
to everyone
else and chooses whether to receive the messages or not,
then MSN,
Yahoo, and Google (and others) offer groups functions which
are
independent of using their mail service (I have my GMail
subscribed to
some Yahoo Groups, my wife has hers in an MSN group).
If it's a group for only your own list, then follow this
