Forwarding message that has embedded pictures

I have tried to forward email that has multiple pics in it. 
The
original message shows as having a file, and I can see the
pics within
the body of the message, but when I forward the message, the
pictures
do not show up, and the recipients do not see that there is
a file
attached.  How do I solve this problem?  Alice
