Is the spam filter broken this week?

Even sometimes, I mark it as spam and still recieve it in my
inbox

I been having this for a month but this week was a spam fest
in inbox.
tried everything from filtering to spam labels to blocking
and deleting
all contacts added in CC.
Not happening.
