Getting alot of spam in my inbox, are you?

It started on the 26th as far as I can tell, about half of
my spam is
now getting dumped to my inbox. There does not seems to be
any pattern
to the type of spam (such as subject words or sender) so I
am not sure
what is going on. This also happened about a month ago and
resolved
itself for a week or 2.

Dora's issue seems to be completely unrelated to your
question. It is
hard to tell since she provided no real information except a
complaint.

Glad someone else is experiencing this. My hunch is that
during the
holidays the spammers treated themselves to a bunch of new
IPs and
thus temporarily now those spam messages aren't known to be
spam since
they're being sent from new IPs and are placed in the inbox
until
reported as spam...as of now most of my spam is once again
going just
into my Spam folder *yay* as I've been patiently marking
each piece of
spam I receive as spam
