e mails keep on coming!!!!!

I am using outlook express and now everythime I download my
e mails I
get EVERY e mail I have ever received....
What setting is wrong? How do I correct this?
HOw do I get the messages that I have NOT read. In other
words outlook
should only be downloading unread e mails.

Is it possible that your downloads are timing out and then
restarting each time?

This is an option; go to:

Settings -- Tranfert and Pop -- 2. Pop download

There is a three-click-choice option there; click on
"Active the Pop
protocol only for the new messages" (Or anything
similar, I'm
translating from my local version of Gmail) and save.
