When will I get a Gmail?

When willl West Europe get access to Gmail?
Do West Europe refuse Goggle to collect information from
user?
Don't West Europe have cell phone (mibilephone)?
Or dont we have internet that can handle your sites.
I use goggle everytime I am online so i want to use it more.
And if you
gone have costumers then you have to think Europe 2!!!

The cell phone signup only works in the continental US, so
it's not
one area that's excluded, but only one that's included.

I don't know if you've been DENIED a GMail account, but I
don't think
you would be.  Have you tried an invite from one of the
exchange
groups (search groups for GiveAndTake, on this group's
"about" page)? 
I would think you could sign up unless there's a legal
problem, but
there have been problems in England and Germany, and they
still have
GoogleMail accounts, just not "GMail".
