Do you mean forwarding your incoming mail from another email account to your Gmail account? If so, this has nothing to do with Gmail, you have to set that up in your other accounts. If you are talking about moving your email that is already stored on your other account's servers, then currently Gmail can not do this. My suggestion would be to set up POP on your other accounts, then tell your mail handler to automatically forward all downloaded messages to your Gmail account.
